This is our Team section. we would love to say hi and that we are excited to help you on your new journey of fitness and self discovery.
Services
We offer a first of its kind body, mind, and soul workout. we do that by breaking up One session at Aurelius into three different fragments. The first including fitness, the second including boxing, and the last be a guided meditation.
Fitness
Here at Aurelius we take a unique approach to fitness. We will start the workout with a 3 min jump rope then another 3 min warm up. Then the real workout starts. We will do 3 - 1min upper, lower, mid, full, and cardio exercises. leaving the full body feeling drained and satisfied. Each session at Aurelius will follow the same basic format but each workout will be different.
Boxing/Muay Thai
After you're done with the fitness portion you will move on to the boxing or Muay Thai section (your choice). We will start with a short lesson then go to a pad work then finish it off with a 3x3min pad workout. We believe in adding this to your workout to keep your mind sharp and build the confidence within .
Guided Meditation
After the boxing we will be done with the tough parts of the workout, and it will be time for a guided meditation. we turn the lights low find a place on the mat to lay and you'll be guided away on one of our many relaxing uplifting and Zen journeys taking you anywhere from the top of a mountain to standing on a beach at sunset.
